High Scores

If your browser software allows "cookies" to be stored on your computer, and also allows "JavaScript", the Ozlip game will keep a record of the highest scores achieved on the computer. (If cookies or JavaScript are disallowed on your computer, the high scores will be lost when you leave the Ozlip site, close your browser or disconnect from the Internet, so you will start from scratch next time you play - which may or may not be a disadvantage!)

The five best scores are kept, per game and per series of five games. Lex's best scores are stored, as well as those of the human players using the computer. A separate set of high scores is maintained for each skill level setting.

The high scores are displayed on the right of the screen:

When Ozlip is started up, only the bar at the top of the high scores is visible. As soon as you get a high score the full display appears. You can enter your name - type it in and press the Change Name button. This could be handy if you share the computer with other Ozlip fans.

To delete all the high score records for the current skill level and start again, press the Clear button.
